We will only exept returns if we have sent you the wrong size or product. If so send us an email from the contact page and we will respond as soon as possible.
Different products may have different shipping times. Some products may be pre-made and ready to ship meaning that your order wll be shipped out in 1-3 business days. Other products could be a pre-order meaning it will take 3-5 weeks for your order to be produced and shipped out. To know if the product is pre-made or a pre-order it will show in the description of the product.
We are only charging what it cost us to ship, and we do not profit off any shipping cost.
There is a "local shipping" option. Please only select this if it applys to you (Quispamsis, Saint John area). If you do not select the correct shipping option I will refund your money and will not ship the order.
